Fair Background:
At present, the domestic outdoor leisure industry is rising rapidly. Public demand for outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, water sports and cycling continues to grow. The global outdoor products market is expanding steadily, and the industry has entered a new stage of development featuring brand-building, quality upgrading, and equal emphasis on domestic and foreign trade.
Ningbo is an important national manufacturing base for outdoor products, with a complete industrial cluster and rich foreign trade resources. Relying on the global hub advantage of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and the consumer market advantage of the Yangtze River Delta, it boasts a solid foundation for hosting large-scale professional outdoor products exhibitions. To smooth the connection between industrial supply and demand, help enterprises expand domestic and international channels, and promote the transformation, upgrading of the outdoor industry and high-quality regional economic development, the Ningbo International Outdoor Products Fair is specially held to build a professional platform integrating exhibition and trade, brand promotion, business cooperation and industrial exchange.
Advantages of Ningbo:
As a sub-provincial city and a key node city of the Belt and Road Initiative, Ningbo is the economic center on the southern wing of the Yangtze River Delta and a transportation hub in eastern Zhejiang. Facing Shanghai across the sea, it serves as an extension and supplement to Shanghai’s foreign trade. Ningbo Port is also a convenient export port for Yiwu’s foreign trade. In 2022, Ningbo-Zhoushan Port achieved an annual cargo throughput of 1.224 billion tons, ranking first in the world for 13 consecutive years. Its container throughput reached 31.08 million TEUs, continuing to rank third globally.
According to the city’s foreign trade data released by Ningbo Customs on March 14, 2024, Ningbo’s total foreign trade exports reached 119.98 billion yuan in the first two months. In the national ranking of urban import and export volume, Ningbo rose from 6th to 5th place.
Review of Previous Sessions:
The 2025 Ningbo International Outdoor Products Fair was successfully held at Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center from November 26 to 28. The fair elaborately set up five exhibition zones and two concurrent events, attracting a large and enthusiastic turnout. Over the three-day event, the total exhibition area reached 20,000 square meters with more than 500 booths, drawing over 46,802 visitors, including more than 800 international buyers. In addition, 10 free shuttle buses and 1,500 free accommodation rooms were provided for buyers. Representative local foreign trade enterprises in Ningbo, such as Ningbo Yahu and Kaiyue Group, all expressed fruitful results and established connections with many excellent suppliers.

Booth Fees:
1) 3m×3m (9 sqm) standard booth: RMB 7,800 per unit
Includes: corporate fascia panel, one consultation desk, two folding chairs, two spotlights, one 220V power socket.
2) Raw indoor space: RMB 800 per sqm (minimum 36 sqm, no exhibition facilities provided)
Note: An extra RMB 1,000 will be charged for corner double-opening booths.
